It's simple, no need for a FreeVimager_Portable.paf.exe installer:
- Download the latest Portable (executable only) version of FreeVimager.
- Create a directory FreeVimagerPortable under your PortableApps folder.
- Copy the above downloaded file to the created folder.
- In PortableApps.com program select Apps - Refresh App Icons.
